Living in Pakistan, it is very clear to those in the food industry, that there must be something Desi for the locals. Since most of the customers investing in food are the youth, mainly those who are going to university and colleges, so the food that the restaurants are serving should be within their price range. The best quality food that comes with low prices is the Desi food.
Bismillah which is very strategically located in F-8 near many colleges and universities and also provides economical and tasty food.
One of the fears that come to mind while eating Desi is the hygiene of the restaurant. Bismillah is a very open restaurant all of their procedures are very clearly visible, so all such fears are diminished. '
A dish that I would recommend, which is a must eat, the seekh kabaab karahi.

ReplyDeleteThe taste of food mostly depend on the ingredients used and the quality of food depends on the display system. The foods that are placed in open air are not hygienic and healthy. Salad bar sneeze guards are used to display salad when keeping them wrapped and separated from external air such prevent contamination.
